Flat with large terraces and views of the sea and the swimming pool in the Gran Canet residential complex, located on the beach of Canet d'En Berenguer.

Would you like to enjoy a few days in the sun? This tourist accommodation is perfect to enjoy one of the best beaches in our area.

Do you want to know more about this property? It is located in the Residential Gran Canet with more than 7.600 m2 of common areas and 800 m2 of swimming pools. It has garden areas, large swimming pool with beach-type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gymnasium, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.

The flat has two terraces to enjoy with family or friends. It also has 3 bedrooms, one of them with access to one of the terraces of the flat. It also has two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room, but perfectly separated, which gives access to the wonderful terrace with views to the Mediterranean coast.

The property is perfect for a maximum of seven people. It has plenty of light and is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home.

The beach was named in 2018 by Antena 3 as the best beach in Spain and, the truth is that it is one of the best prepared beaches in the Valencian Community: more than 2100 metres of fine, soft sand, crystal clear waters, security and lifeguards, etc. Furthermore, this beach is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility.
