Located in the renowned Planibel complex, this apartment is ideal for ski lovers: the ski lifts are right outside your door! No car needed, just snow and fun. And for maximum convenience, there's also a private parking space in a garage. Perfect for enjoying La Thuile and the wonders of the Aosta Valley in total freedom!

🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
🏡 It features a cozy living area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower 🚿.
Outside, you’ll find a small outdoor space 🌞, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on warmer days.
🚶‍♂️ Parking is located about 1.1 km from the property (16 minutes on foot).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
