Well suited for agroup of 6 friends

We liked the large living/dining room with the open kitchen best. We missed a nice view of the wonderfull mountains a little, but at midday the small balcony was in the sun.

Excellent vacation

Nicola’s hous is warm, clean, beautiful and very welcoming. The location is perfect and everything was as good as it was promised 💙 We are planning to come back

Large, comfortable house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for 8 adults. The house was warm and well equipped. Great location near piste 7 and only 15 mins walk from the main Gondola.

Fabulous Stay

We had a big family reunion and ski holiday over Christmas and it was perfect! Beautiful part of village positioned above the ski in with a couple of lovely restaurants. Host could not have done more to help us and make us feel at home and welcome. We could either walk down to the ski lifts or leave ski equipment in the garage. Thanks for a great holiday!

Fantastic property in great location for slopes. Huge living/kitchen area with everything you need for a self catering stay and 5 minute walk to fantastic Petite Skier bar/restaurant on piste.

Beautiful home in La Thuile

Family of 4 adults and a dog stayed in La Thuile for a week. La Maison really, very homely. Cosy and clean and with a decent sized room each we were all more than comfortable.The living space is grand, lovely fire and pellet stove keeping all warm. The host was super helpful throughout, despite us being much later to check in than we hoped due to long journey. Nicola explained how everything worked, having waited hours for our arrival. Centre of town just ten minutes away. Many great walks close by in stunning scenery. It is in a peaceful old part of the old town, gorgeous. Really enjoyed our stay. All home comforts available and generously left for guests to enjoy. Check out easy. We would definitely go back. Thanks you very much.

Fantastic chalet and can't fault it at all!

Our extended family of 8 stayed here in January and we were all overwhelmed by how much this chalet exceeded our expectations! Tucked into the village side streets and spread over 3 floors and a mezzanine there was plenty of space for downtime as well as plenty of room for all being together! The lounge/kitchen area was the best feature, big, open plan and incredibly homely! Unfortunately the pellet burner was not working during our stay but we were reimbursed some of the cost so that was fantastic! (And it was still warm in the house from the open fire and the radiators) Nicola and Marta could not have been better hosts, will definitely stay here again! Everything you might need and more is in this place, it's like a home from home! And the location is perfect! Loved that it wasn't amongst all of the tourist hotels but it wasn't out the way at all - it was all but a 2 minute walk to the piste (perfect!) and a lovely 10/15 minute stroll to anywhere in town! Local people were fabulous and whilst the weather wasn't great we didn't mind spending extra time in the apartment! (Little snow and lots of wind but still managed to get on the slopes everyday - can't fault it!) overall a fantastic place and will definitely recommend to all

La casa è comoda, ha una zona living molto accogliente che consente di cucinare e mangiare come ‘a casa’. Le stanze sono altrettanto spaziose, a disposizione armadi e cassetti per riporre vestiti. C’è spazio per almeno 8 persone. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio del luogo, la possibilità di raggiungere il centro del paese con una bella camminata.Siamo stati bene!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in altem Dorf

Sehr gepflegtes und schönes Haus. Unkomplizierte und nette Gastgeber. Entfernung zur Piste geht gut zu Fuß (Garage für die Ski). Alle Wohn- und Schlafräume im Winter angenehm - nur das Schlafzimmer im untersten Geschoss ist etwas feucht-kühl. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Platz im Wohnzimmer. Hübscher Balkon.

Casa bella e molto fornita, posizionata in un borgo silenzioso e caratteristico . Molto gentili sia il proprietario che la signora che si occupa del check in. Un po' problematico il carico e scarico delle valigie per chi ha un'auto di grossa cilindrata. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

Great Accomodation with fantastic living area

We really enjoyed our stay at la Mansion. The large open plan living room/kitchen was great for a large group and we loved warm fire every day after a full days skiing

Casa tipica posizione ottima

LA casa è deliziosa, forse l'unica pecca è la stanza nell'interrato, ma il proprietario mette a disposizione deumidificatore e stufetta.La posizione è ottima a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza in compagnia e c'è spazio per tutti !

Premessa: Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, la casa è molto spaziosa e stra-accessoriata, cucina stracarica di qualsiasi voglia, è forse per questo motivo che non riescono a tenerla pulita a dovere, la polvere regna ovunque. sicuramente un po di attenzione alle pulizie delle camere sarebbe stato utile, polvere accumulata sotto i letti e negli armadi oltre ad una umidità fatale, non siamo riusciti a disporre i vestiti all'interno per la muffa a vista. Purtroppo l'unità immobiliare dispone di due vere stanze abitabili, poiché la terza è interrata con umidità di oltre il 80%, buia e fredda, con una finestra a bocca di lupo su intercapedine sotto terra "NON PUÒ' ESSERE AFFITATA COME STANZA ABITABILE". In realtà, solo 2 camere vere su due livelli per 4 persone. una ulteriore stanza ricavata da un soppalco nel salone oltre a quella interrata. si paga la corrente a 0.30 kw con corpi illuminanti alogeni e JM cad. da 75w/150w., riscaldamento a corrente con stufe da min. 2.000w ho avuto la sfortuna di dover soggiornare nella stanza interrata; senza il deumidificatore, non si poteva resistere neanche una notte, al mattino i vestiti erano bagnati di umido con odore sgradevole. Il proprietario ci è venuto incontro con la spesa elettrica per l'utilizzo continuo del deumidificatore, oltre al carico della legna per il camino. in generale, per non guastare le vacanze, ci siamo adattati alla situazione MA, UNA CORRETTA E ONESTA PUBBLICITÀ' ANCHE DA PARTE DELL'AGENZIA, sarebbe stata una cosa gradita. Consiglio: meglio perdere una prenotazione, che ricevere una recensione come la mia. CASA CONSIGLIATA PER UN MASSIMO DI 6 PERSONE. (DI CUI DUE NEL SOPPALCO. sono presenti dei divani letti per posti extra nelle camere, ma scomodi, poiché impediscono l'apertura degli armadi. Comodità/prezzo non adeguati. Sono deluso di questa esperienza con la Vs. agenzia. Ho delle foto che documentino la mia contestazione. Resto a disposizione. Jerry

Lovely home with character

Perfect place to spend a week skiing with loved ones. Fantastic character in an old part of the town. Slightly further away from the main gondola than anticipated however only @15min walk to start & end the ski day! Main living area very spacious with everything you would need. Lower bedrooms got cold quickly so made sure we warmed them well! Electricity paid extra at end of the week however with number of people staying & rooms used did not break the bank. Would definitely recommend.

Casa accogliente

Marta e Nicola sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa anche per gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10). La stufa a pellet riscalda adeguatamente tutta la zona giorno, mentre i caloriferi elettrici permettono di riscaldare a sufficienza le camere da letto. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla a circa 700 m dagli impianti di risalita. Il box è comodo per depositare scarponi e sci solo se la pista che passa nelle vicinanze è aperta, diversamente consiglio di lasciare in deposito le attrezzature nei negozi presenti vicino agli impianti di risalita.
