Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family villa with huge private heated pool in a convenient but quiet cul-de-sac in Los Narejos, Los Alcázares in the Mar Menor Located only a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main bar and restaurant area
Bedrooms can be made up as singles or king size.
The master bedroom has a huge en-suite
Aircon throughout
Open-plan kitchen and living room
Huge secondary living dining area with a pool table and comfy sofas that opens up all round to the 11m L-shaped heated pool. Heating for the pool is available for an extra charge.
Large front patio
Fast WiFi that works outside
Firestick. Bathroom towels are provided it please bring your own beach/ pool towels.

Brilliantly relaxing holiday

A really lovely villa with everything you could need with shops and the beach within short walking distances.The pool was amazing, and perfect for cooling off all times of day or night. The propert manager Nicolas was very helpful and just a message away if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. The accommodation is well placed for a couple supermarkets that can easily be reached on foot in about 10 minutes or slightly further there are big supermarkets. Also 10 minutes walk from the beach and the main "strip" of plenty of restaurants with a wide choice for every taste.We enjoyed the accomodation with effective air conditioning throughout and we loved the conservatory area next to the pool where we preferred to spend our time when indoors. The villa is in a fairly big residential area but it was so quiet it didn't feel like anyone was around.The pool was fantastic and you could always find shade in or out the pool if you wanted it.We had a bit of an issue with the pool but the property agent is easy to get hold of and sorted things out quickly. The pool table was a great bonus and was used a lot. The wireless speaker was fab too.The property owner was easy to get hold of and helpful with any questions we had. All in all we had a great holiday.

Great property had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic, great size, a slight hiccup one day and was unable to use it but it didn't affect our stay. We would definitely consider using this villa again.
