Dear Viviane, Thank you for choosing our property and for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify that, as stated in the property description and shown in the photos, the apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. This was also clearly explained in our conversation before your arrival. You initially booked for two guests and subsequently asked whether it would be possible to accommodate two additional people. On that occasion, we specifically informed you that the sofa bed was available as an additional sleeping option. Regarding the kitchen utensils, we promptly addressed your request and arranged for the missing items to be delivered on the very same day you contacted us. Finally, for longer stays, housekeeping and linen and towel changes are available upon request for an additional fee. Alternatively, we provide guests staying for extended periods with an extra set of bed linen and towels, allowing them to manage changes themselves during their stay. We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. However, we believe it is important to clarify that the apartment's layout and the services available were communicated in advance, and that we did our best to respond promptly to your requests.
