The villa is modernly furnished in a Scandinavian style, with large windows that frame the beautiful ocean and mountain views. The villa's outdoor spaces are a true highlight - relax by the pool, and socialize in the large entertainment area, featuring a gas BBQ, fire pit and jacuzzi. Maintain your wellness routine in the private gym, with state-of-the-art equipment like MyRun treadmill from Technogym. Significant attention has been paid to details, from premium towels and linen, Charlotte Rhys products, Designers Guild fabrics and The Frame TVs. The villa has recently been upgraded with new wooden flooring throughout.

• No Load Shedding - Enjoy uninterrupted power, with solar-backed inverters.
• Daily Concierge and Housekeeping services are included Monday-Friday. This includes breakfast and light lunch/BBQ services on request. You must purchase ingredients, but the service is complimentary. For your convenience, our concierge and housekeeping services are available on weekends at an extra cost of R1000 per day.
• Parking - Space for 3-4 cars in the driveway.
• Child Safety Notice - Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not fenced or covered, and there are steep steps at the property.
• Utilities Included - Your stay includes up to R4,000 in electricity and one gas bottle each for the BBQ, fire pit, and fireplace. Any excess usage will be charged.
• Guest Verification and Security Deposit – To ensure a safe and seamless experience, we partner with Truvi (formerly Superhog) for guest verification. Before arrival, guests must complete a quick verification and choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Once booked, Truvi will reach out via email to guide you through the process.
