Imagine waking up to the ocean right outside your window. This is what you get at our villa in Bakoven, Camps Bay. Just a short 200-meter walk away, you'll find two beaches that the locals love. The house is built to acommodate larger families and groups, with spacious bedrooms, two entertainment areas, two heated pools and two modern fully equipped kitchens. Watch the sunset from your deck, unwind, enjoy life and have a have a great holiday. Continental B'fast can be added for Zar 2000 per day
The entire villa

A member of our staff will greet you upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide a tour of the property. We are available to assist you with any questions or concierge services you may require throughout your stay.

The rate for your stay includes a complimentary continental breakfast, served buffet-style each morning. Start your day with a variety of options, including fresh fruits, cereals, and a selection of baked goods like muffins and croissants. We also provide coffee, tea, spreads, and a cold meat and cheese platter to complete your meal

We offer full concierge services and would be delighted to help you arrange: Airport transfer, Nannies, Private Chefs, Day Safari, Activity bookings, etc..

Oh, the Sunsets!

We wanted Camps Bay because of the beautiful sunsets, and this Little Beach Villa delivered. Such beautiful sunsets, and great access to all the hidden beaches south of Camps Bay. Staff and management were perfect. The sunsets from the top deck were some of the best I have ever seen.

Like a 5 STAR hotel!!

The house was AMAZING! Clean, beautifully furnished, beds very comfortable. The view was breathtaking, we watched many beautiful sunsets during our stay. Very close to Beta beach, exactly as described, just about 200m from the house. Nice and easy 10 min walk into the main area of Camps Bay, the shopping, restaurants and other beaches. Very well situated. Bibiana the host, was wonderful, amazing communicator, answered all my questions. Patience, the housekeeper was lovely, kind and easy to be around if we were in the house when she was cleaning. OVERALL 10 OUT OF 10! We would go back in a heartbeat

I am always excited to meet new people and cultures. I enjoy a good food and quality wine...and of course, I love traveling. :)

This is a new villa in the prime location. Close to two beaches: Bakoven and Beta beach, which are also known as ''hidden gems'' by the locals. Villa is in the very safe area, surrounded by neighbors.

The house itself is built for great times. We take pride in our service, and our five start property management team, Levalux, keeps everything in perfect condition for you.

What's Inside

The villa is split into three levels to give everyone space to relax.

Top Floor: This is where you'll find the main kitchen, dining area, and a comfy lounge. Step out onto a big balcony with stunning ocean views. There’s also a heated pool, a gas braai for grilling, and a fireplace in the living room.

Middle Floor: Here are three of the bedrooms, including the main bedroom which has an ocean view. You’ll also find a lounge with an office space.

Bottom Floor: This level has another living room, a second fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Two more bedrooms are on this floor and have direct access to another heated pool and tanning area.

Both kitchens are fully equipped with everything you might need, including blenders, an air fryer, and baking equipment. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee throughout your stay, and you can expect a generous welcome basket filled with local goodies upon arrival.

What's Included

We’ve included everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Security: The house has cameras and an alarm system.

Parking: A garage for two cars is available.

Other features: You'll find a dedicated office with computer screens, exercise equipment, and a backup power system (inverters).

Services: The villa is cleaned five times a week. You can also get a continental breakfast for an extra cost.
