We loved the property! The host’s representative met us upon arrival with the keys at our convenience and gave us valuable information about the Underground. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, even laundry. We had such a busy schedule, that we were unable to wash clothes, but at least we could have if need be. There was a supermarket right around the corner with everything we could’ve wanted, including pastries! As promised, the Warren Street underground station was conveniently located just a couple blocks away. We never had to take an Uber. We were able to get everywhere and transferring to different tracks on the underground was extremely easy as well. The internet, air conditioning and TV all worked well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Overall very pleased with the property. Communication immediately before and the day of arrival could have been better. Location was EXCELLENT - so convenient to central London. SEVERAL grocery stores within easy walking distance. Directly across from a primary school - this is NOT a complaint but light sleepers (not me) should be aware of the on-and-off screaming that starts precisely at 8:35 am on days when school is in session. Private, quiet (except as above). Definitely needs a toaster and towel rack but those are wishes and not complaints.Would absolutely stay again,

We stayed here for a short weekend away with friends and it was fantastic, everything is said on the booking and a perfect location making commuting around London easy!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was excellent - access to multiple underground and bus lines. The unit was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We made many meals using the provided kitchen. The washer and dryer worked very well. Would stay again!

My husband, two children and I (family of 4) traveled to London for the week. The air conditioning worked great and kept us cool with the heat we had during our stay. A quick note that another review mentions keeping windows open. The ones in the bedroom unfortunately were missing a key and couldn’t open during our stay. We had to leave the doors open for night time to the living area to keep us from getting stuffy. The main space was nice. The pull out sofa is like a futon. Comfortable for our kids probably not great for larger adults. We made breakfast every day and the laundry worked great. Only other note is that the bathroom sink and shower don’t drain well , and the shower door has a gap at the bottom so it was prone to getting wet. The hosts were communicative and it would have been good to have two sets of keys but were told that the landlord was getting new keys and we only had one set. Most of the time it was fine as we traveled together but some nights my husband wanted to watch the World Cup games and we had to lock ourselves while he had the key. The neighborhood itself is fine- pretty quiet at night. There are a number of bus and tube lines to catch to get into the heart of London within 10-15 minutes. Thank you for a nice stay

The unit is pretty small. While the photos provided are technically accurate, they make the apartment seem twice as big as it actually is. Poor communication with the host, it took an international phone call to get someone to come with the key. The air conditioning unit is not working. Granted, there wasn't much need for it, but on arrival the temperature inside the apartment was above 25 degrees. The location is at the edge between the touristy zone and the no-reason-to-go-there zone. Most places an international visitor might want to see are within 3 miles. Buses are running very well, if walking is not your thing. Hint: you pay with a contactless credit card right on the bus, no need to buy tickets. 1.75 pounds per ride, transfers included. There is a very good Mexican restaurant right around the corner, but otherwise the dining options are very limited. Bottom line: much too expensive for what it offers.
