Stylish two-bedroom condo with free parking.

You will feel at home in this stylish and unique space. Our beautiful loft apartment is arranged over three floors of the historic Royal Victoria Patriotic Building with views over leafy Wandsworth Common. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated with souvenirs from our diplomatic postings, it provides a peaceful retreat, yet is only 10 minutes from Northcote Road’s shops, bars and restaurants and 15 minutes from Clapham Junction. Access to a courtyard with water feature is a bonus!
The light, airy kitchen/dining/ reception room is fully equipped to host elegant dinner parties or enjoy casual meals at home. The kitchen island seats 8, there are two cream leather sofas and an armchair as well as a coffee table. There are two refrigerators as well as a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The study/ second bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a desk and stylish sofa that opens up into a comfortable double bed.

Upstairs on the mezzanine is the TV, sofa, electronic drum kit, shelving and a book case. You will find the WiFi router here.

The walk-in wardrobe has room to hang your clothes.

The bathroom contains the lavatory, a basin and vanity unit with USB outlets and a mobile phone charger, heated towel rail, a shower, washer/dryer and the boiler. There is also a heated drying rail stowed in the walk-in wardrobe.

The main bedroom is in the turret. The king size bed is very comfortable and there’s space in the chest if drawers for your clothes.

There is WiFi throughout, gas central heating and infrared panels in each room for fast heating.

We are on the top floor of the building and there are lots of steps up and then more stairs inside. Once you have arrived, you will find peace and tranquility and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping or walking!

Great communication from the start. The apartment was clean and tidy. Many interesting art pieces, if you are looking for a minimalist style, then this accommodation may not be for you.Felt welcomed with tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. Highly valued after a long flight.Plenty of shampoo, hair conditioner and bodywash supplied. 20 minute walk to trains that will take you to the Underground tube. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. However, would have liked to be able to access the balcony of the study for airflow.Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to cafes, pubs and restaurants. Very satisfied.

An absolutely lovely property, very clean a real home from home, everything was catered for, a lovely welcome pack was also included which made the stay special, there is also a dedicated car parking space for your car which is a bonus in London. The buses are nearby which we used for getting to and from Wimbledon. Both Nancy and Sue are wonderful hosts, Nancy sent lots of information before our stay on how to get there and restaurants and buses in the area, Sue was very helpful and friendly when we got there answering any questions we had. I would really recommend this property, the flat is amazing, there are a lot of stairs but worth the climb and you couldn’t ask for better hosts.

The flat was perfect for us. Nancy was very welcoming from the first contact and accepted our two little dogs. She made us feel very welcome. It was very easy and we were made to feel at home. We had an Amazing stay

This flat was perfect for our family of four! Our host was amazing from start to finish! Excellent location, very close to the train and quite a few restaurants, shops and groceries. Wandsworth common is a beautiful park right next door. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment

Communication and information provided from owner was very helpful immediately from booking.We were met on arrival and shown around, lovely food and drink package which was a real surprise and all beds made and towels supplied.Fully equipped great apartment wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Spring Break in London!

We had a wonderful stay in London and that was due in large part to our stay at Nancy's home. The flat was charming, clean, and cozy. We really appreciated the warm welcome and all of the really great suggestions for restaurants and attractions - only if we had time to experience them all. Overall, this was a great place to stay with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. And the surrounding area itself was very charming.

Marvellous apartment

As a previous resident of Wandsworth I had been intrigued by the RVPB and welcomed the chance to spend a few nights there. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet and had everything we could possibly need, as well as some fascinating art and artefacts to admire. We were warmly welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home in Amazing Location

Wonderful stay at an amazing apartment. Everything and more available for your stay and Nancy couldn't of made us feel more welcome. Very clean, bright and with lots of space. Our apartment is in an historic building surrounded by the green spaces of Wandsworth Common. We are only 10 minutes walk from the Northcote Road and a bus ride away from Battersea Power Station. Excellent local transport links will get you to the West End or the City in 20 minutes. You can enjoy all the benefits of village life, as well as the vibrancy of central London.
