Very organized check-in, good facilities fitting snugly into the space (2 BR, 2 bath plus a kitchen) and a really nice location. The square at the end of the block is a popular meeting place and was full of life every evening.

Great location!

Great location, very close to nice restaurants and tourist spots in Lisboa. Property is on the 3rd floor very narrow stairs so not a good choice for ADA or older folks.We enjoyed the stay thank you!

Location, location, location!

This was a perfect location to explore Lisbon from. Although a bit small, there were 2 bathrooms and since we were 2 couples that was perfect. A lovely little neighborhood and a quick drive and decent walk from the old city.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is compact and worked well for us. It is located in a good area, just a short taxi ride from everything we wanted to see. It was clean and the check in was easy. We would recommend it although I should mention there is no elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs.

Great location and communication from host

We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation- we travelled as a couple and a friend, so it was helpful to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hosts of the space were very communicative and helpful, from giving suggestions on best ways to travel from the airport to some great restaurant recommendations. They were also great at checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our time there. Our favorite part was the location- so near lots of great cafes, shops, restaurants and in a lovely part of Lisbon.

Perfect location

Lovely space and perfect location. Restaurants, super market, gelato, little parks, walking distance to Rato Metro Station. We were on the third floor and had trouble climbing the stairs. That is the only downside.

Lisbon stay

Super location by cafes, park, bus route and sight seeing. Apartment was an excellent base for 2 couples as had bathrooms, sofa and dining table for a start of the day cuppa. Launderette in next street.

Perfect for us

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon . The apartment was perfect for us , clean, comfortable beds , great to have two bathrooms in a great location for getting around with ample bars, restaurants and breakfast venues ! Checking in and out was easy , good communication . Stairs a bit steep .. but hey ho for a short stay ok .

We booked this property for 3 days , Property has very narrow stair case you need to bring luggage to 3rd floor walking side ways, walls are dirty , sofa has stains, black stuff came out of air conditioner on 1st bedroom and landed on bed sheets ! mold on moulding behind tv, bed covers have stains , electrical panel covering is so dirty, insects in bath tub … we never slept in this appt we looked for a hotel paid hotel and left at midnight , when we contacted the host the next day he did not want to reimburse any amount , VRBO was also advised and they tired to talk to host, he was not interested in meeting us half way unfortunately we have pictures to back up how awful this appt was .. we have more then what we are allowed to post hereLuckily we had the opportunity to find a hotel it was very clean and very well maintained , location was amazing also If you are looking for a clean , well maintained place this is not the place for you Also construction on street

Logement convenable et bien situé pour notre séjour à Lisbonne. Cuisine minimaliste pour 4. Processus d’arrivée un peu compliqué car il fallait coordonner avec le concierge pour le rendez vous d’accueil. Bons conseils et suggestions de la part de Paulo.

Très beau séjour,Bel accueil et réponses à nos questions rapides. L’appartement était super bien situé et près d’un parc très animé. Plusieurs restos, épicerie à proximité. Bref tout était parfait!

L appartement est super bien situé dans une ruelle proche de la praça das flores.Un havre de paix apres une journée à déambuler dansnLisbonne.Tram 28 pas tres loin et plusieurs bus a proximité.Comme indiqué dans l'annonce l'escalier d accès est étroit et n'est pas adapté à des personnes âgées par exemple.L appartement avec ses 2 chambres et ses 2 sdb est vraiment super.Merci à Paulo pour son accueil au top.

Great place

Our condo was great. Two bathrooms and room to move around. Beds were firm but comfortable. Area was great and easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. Great air conditioning in bedrooms. No washer or dryer. Overall super happy.

Faire une annonce plus adaptée à la réalité

L'appartement est propre et agencé au mieux compte tenu de sa très petite surface. Le quartier est rès agréable. Toutefois, les photos ne rendent pas bien compte de la petitesse du logement (déception) et il conviendrait de mentionner les contraintes d'un escalier assez raide et étroit. L'appartement est supportable pour 4 personnes qui, comme nous, ne l'utilisons que la nuit.
