3 bed bungalow, sleeps 5. With decking to the front, double glazing and electric panel heating. Opal rated.

Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave and under counter fridge with freezer compartment.
Lounge with TV/Freeview, DVD player, electric heater, and dining area (seats four). Utility area with washing machine.

Lovely accommodation great few days away

The property was really lovely, and suited us as adults when we arrived it was really clean and well kept. It was very roomy and a great space overlooking the sea. When the sun shines it warms up really quickly. All the bedrooms were a good size. Waterside is a lovely park which is very quiet and a good base to visit lots of different areas around the broads.

Lovely little place

Great place, looking out over the sea. Well appointed and had everything you need. Would’ve been perfect if we hadn’t had to provide our own loo rolls and soap and the linen package, at 60, wasn’t great value. I also didn’t like having to empty the bins upon departing, with nowhere to place the rubbish other than in one of the resident’s bins or in my car!

Very disappointed with this property. Main bedroom had overwhelming smell of urine. Human or Dog ??? PCouldn’t use it. Other bedrooms very dusty and tops were sticky. Cobwebs found with resident spiders. had to take our own bedding but mattress and pillow protectors stained. Called cleaners who made a very half hearted 10 min flick round. Bathroom, kitchen and living room were just about acceptable. Outside decking and seating hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Loads of cobwebs and bird poo. Generally quite old and tired which was such a shame as property had a great sea view which was our main consideration. Not a bad place to stay if you can find a well cleaned chalet.
