This modern 54 m2 apartment is an ideal place for a family or a group of friends. A quiet and comfortable space for anyone who wants to experience a stay in an unforgettable environment.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a new building, guarded
estate.
It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet with a washing machine. The apartment includes a viewing terrace. The bedrooms have comfortable queen-size beds, TV and air conditioning.
The living room has a large sofa and a place to spend cozy evenings. Guests have at their disposal a comfortable fold-out sofa, Smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette with all necessary equipment: fridge, oven, dishwasher, hob and hood.
In the dining area there is a table with chairs where our guests can eat and spend pleasant moments.
Our guests can use a designated parking space included in the rental price.
