This modern 50 m2 apartment is ideal for a family of 6 or a group of friends. A quiet and comfortable space for anyone who wants to spend time in an unforgettable environment.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a new building within a guarded estate. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The apartment includes a viewing terrace. The bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, hotel-quality bed linen, and towels.
The living room has a large sofa and a cozy area for evenings. Guests have access to a comfortable fold-out sofa and a Smart TV. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchenette with full amenities: fridge, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and hood.
In the dining area, there is a kitchen island with chairs where our guests can enjoy meals and spend pleasant moments.
The apartment price includes a designated parking space.
