heerlijk huis

Mooi opgeknapt huis in oud pittoresk dorpje. Alsof je door een dorp in de 19e eeuw loopt. Bakker 1 minuut lopen met heerlijk brood. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, grote keuken, goede apparaten en uitgebreide keukenspullen. Er is een grote woonkamer met open keuken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, bedden goed. De kamer voor de kinderen (met meerdere stapelbedden) is niet afgesloten (geen deuren) en is direct boven de woonkamer. Afgesloten met gordijnen. Prima voor tieners die later naar bed gaan dan de volwassenen maar voor kleine kinderen belangrijk dit te weten. Wifi is wat traag soms. Het ski gebied is klein, maar ligt hoog dus sneeuwzeker en goede sneeuw. Er stopt een shuttle vlak bij het huis (elke 10 min) die je naar de lift brengt (5 min rijden). Prima! We gaan er graag nog eens heen!

Grande pièce à vivre très agréable

La grande pièce à vivre (cuisine, salle à manger, salon) est très agréable, très pratique, parfait pour 12 personnes. Petit espace extérieur qui mériterait d'être mieux valorisé. Ce qui va moins bien maintenant: L'annonce parle de 16 couchages: c'est exact. Mais vendre cet appartement pour 16 personnes, même avec 6 enfants, c'est limite...: Il n'y a en fait que 2 "vraies" chambres (grandes et belles). La 3ème n'a pas de fenêtre (donnant sur l'extérieur), La 4ème n'est pas une chambre, mais une mezzanine étroite ouverte sur le salon. Pour ces 2 "chambres": intimité=0 Quant à la sous-pente, ça va si on mesure moins d'un mètre.... Une fois la déception par rapport aux couchages passée, on passe un très agréable séjour...

Bonjour. Merci pour votre retour et vos explications qui donnent en effet la bonne configuration du chalet. Le chalet est bien loué pour 12 personnes et comme mentionné dans l'annonce la mezzanine ne permet que de faire des couchages d'appoint et n'est pas comptabilisée dans la capacité du gite (car cette mezzanine est basse de plafond). Il s'agit d'un élément de confort additionnel. Le coin montagne est quand à lui comme son nom l'indique un espace du chalet installée à la manière des refuges (voir photos) : 4 lits de type refuge fermé regroupés dans la pente du toit, comme une zone de lit clos. C'est un élément traditionnel de l'architecture des maisons de montagne. Après, il est tout à fait compréhensible que certains aiment, voire adorent, et d'autres moins. Pour la 3ème chambre, je trouve cette appréciation sévère et non conforme car 1) elle dispose d'une superbe salle de douche à l'italienne 2) est très bien décorée et 3) la fenêtre permet de bénéficier de la luminosité et de vues sur l'extérieur. L'habitat traditionnel des alpes de Savoie offre très peu d'ouverture, et nous avons su jouer je trouve au mieux entre ce qui fait le charme absolu de ces chalets et le confort élevé que nous avons su proposé. Ne trouvez-vous pas?

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful village

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had lots of character. The owner was very informative and helpful. We were met by Richard when we arrived and he was only a phone call away if we needed him. He helped us with booking meals out, as we were a large group and made sure we knew where everything was in the village. We already planning a return visit to this very friendly accommodation and beautiful friendly village. We were a bit nervous about having to take the ski bus to the slopes but it ran every 10 minutes and stopped very close to the apartment and so we were almost as good as ski in ski out. I would highly recommend Bella Alpina.

Edelweiss: supère star.....

Une semaine d'exception dans cet appartement (Edelweiss RDC). Nous étions 4 et très à l'aise dans ce logement (possibilité 6) très bien équipé. Une station familiale, calme, bien organisé, personnel (ESF/Office du tourisme/Commerçants) avenant et sympathique. Je recommande fortement. A noter qu'il vous faut prendre la navette (toute les 15mins) pour se rendre au départ/ski (5 mins de transfert). Bonnes vacances

Fantastic chalet in a great location

The chalet is beautifully furnished, very spacious and well equipped. The chalet and its location is perfect as a base for a variety of hikes, playing in the river and short evening strolls with spectacular views. Bakery located 2 minutes from the chalet, perfect for fresh bread and croissants. Lovely walk to L'Ecot from the chalet. Did the Balcony trail to the Carro mountain hut, spectacular views! Would love to go back to the chalet and explore more in the region.

Très beau châlet très vite adopté

La restauration de ce chalet est une complète réussite. Avec ses trois salles de bain, et ses équipements très complets, il a été très facile d'y vivre à 10 personnes sans se gêner. Et puis, on se sent vite chez soi, merci au propriétaire de laisser à disposition des jeux et une si belle collection de BD et de livres (parfaitement en accord avec nos goûts). Enfin, la vallée de la Maurienne permet l'été de belles ballades avec des niveaux de difficulté très variés. Je vous recommande le canyoning avec Yannick et la ferme d'Angélina pour se régaler. Seul bémol, l'accès au jardin un peu difficile.

Très belle location dans village d'exception

Très bel appartement dans un très beau chalet en pierres, refait à neuf. Très agréable pour qui rêve d'un séjour au ski dans des conditions de confort maximales (ce qu'on cherchait). Grande pièce au rdc avec cuisine (équipée de tout ce qui peut être nécessaire), salle à manger, salons, chambres isolées les unes des autres avec de vrais bons lits, tout en bois, à la fois joli et fonctionnel. Trois sdb au total, pas besoin de faire la queue pour prendre sa douche le matin (nous étions deux familles, cinq enfants au total ) ! Très propre (le ménage venait manifestement d'être fait) et impeccablement rangé à notre arrivée. Très agréable aussi la pièce d'entrée partagée avec l'appartement du sous-sol qui permet de se déchausser et ranger skis et chaussures sans encombrer l'espace à vivre. Un vrai luxe comparé à tant d'autres locations de montagne. Le plus : la maison se situe au cœur du village préservé de Bonneval, très beau et sans voitures, mais vivant : café, boulangerie, boucherie/charcuterie, épicerie fine, sont à moins de deux minutes à pied. Les prix ne sont pas donnés, mais les produits excellents. Idéal pour une famille avec enfants : ils peuvent circuler en sécurité dans le village, et l'appartement est assez grand pour qu'ils puissent jouer sans déranger les adultes. Côté ski : il faut prendre une navette (cinq minutes de trajet, dix minutes d'attente maximum) ou marcher un peu pour accéder aux pistes, mais de fait cela ne nous a pas gêné pendant le séjour, ni empêché de rentrer déjeuner à l'appartement certaines fois. En revanche l'espace neige enfants et premiers cours est à seulement cinq minutes à pied, c'était très pratique pour le plus jeune enfant de nos amis. Le domaine de Bonneval n'est pas immense mais cela nous a largement suffi, on y trouve assez de pistes pour tous niveaux et on peut même monter sur le glacier. L'ESF propose des cours que l'on peut réserver sans difficultés : notre fille avait un cours particulier d'une heure chaque après-midi (à un tarif raisonnable), elle n'avait pas skié depuis quelques années, elle a pu progresser très rapidement, sans stress, avec un prof sympa, et était ravie de décrocher sa deuxième étoile en fin de séjour. Bref, location très agréable et très confortable, on aura du mal à retourner à la montagne dans d'autres conditions !

Un séjour de rêve dans un endroit magique

Quel plaisir de pouvoir séjourner à la montagne dans un si bel endroit, sans se marcher sur les pieds et sans faire la queue à la salle de bains ! En vacances avec un couple d'amis et nos cinq enfants, nous avons apprécié d'avoir suffisamment de place pour profiter d'être ensemble sans pour autant être les uns sur les autres. Le chalet tout en bois est au coeur du village et à quelques pas des principaux commerces. Sauna, système pour mettre ses chaussures à sécher au retour du ski, immense cuisine parfaitement équipée, le plus dur était finalement de s'arracher au canapé XXL pour rejoindre les pistes tant la Bella Alpina est confortable ! Mais le cadre de cette station complètement préservée incite malgré tout à partir découvrir le domaine ou à tenter de rallier l'Ecot en raquettes. Aucun doute, nous reviendrons. En hiver ET en été.

Superbe Chalet, superbe Village

Exceptionnelle restauration de ce chalet grand confort situé au coeur du vieux village de Bonneval-sur-Arc! De l'authenticité, du caractère et du charme. Ambiance maison de famille. Rarissime.
