Property was as described, clean, and fully stocked with everything you may need. The box of worms and bottle of wine were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Really an exceptional value and a great location. The balcony fishing was fantastic and super convenient. We will definitely be back.

The host we’re very communicative. The place was very clean and just as the website described. The kids loved the pool unfortunately the fish were not biting like last time. Highly recommended.

This place was great. Sits right on the lake with a great view. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Owners were easy to contact and check-in was simple with a code for the lock.

We stayed at this location to be close to family and it was very convenient! The condo was well provisioned, and the hosts were excellent communicators. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful day at this location. It is literally right on the lake. You can fish off the balcony. The house had everything that we needed not that we were there that much because we were coming into town for a wedding, but it was perfect for me and my daughter. She had the upstairs of the house with the bedroom upstairs and her own bathroom and I had the downstairs of the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful day. Stay.

This property was amazing! The owner planned for everything. There were fishing rods available for fishing, a great supply of cookware and dishes, games and puzzles for the kiddos, and basketballs and tennis rackets for the courts. This property is close to the pool and playground area. The pictures were accurate and the stay couldn't have been better. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and safe place to stay. Also, this property is right on the lake!

Had my birthday here and the apartment and pool was perfect. Loved the host, easy check in and out. Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the Wave Restaurant. It was dirty and food was so bad! Better to cook for yourself or go to town for food. Thank you so much Daphne I will be booking again!

Hosts communicated information very well. Condo was comfortable and had a great view! Wonderful place to relax. We even got to see a Bald Eagle fly overhead from the balcony!

We visit 7 Cove every year to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and this year was truly the best one yet. Having owned several vacation rentals myself, I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtful and well-prepared everything was. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — the perfect touch to a memorable trip.

As D&R Properties entrepreneurs for 17+ years we wanted to expand our business to the Willis/Conroe area. We also wanted to find a vacation home. We now have the amenities of both. We want to share our vacation home with you. We hope you will enjoy staying here.

We have been coming to Seven Coves area for many years using a time share we have. We love it more and more each time we come up here. In fact we love it so much we started searching to see what was for sale around here and finally found this place. We were so excited to see we could have a place of our own and we also have the opportunity to share it with others.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We have been traveling domestically and internationally for years and found that others did not have some of the things that we always wanted when we stayed at vacation homes like ours. We decided we wanted to have the things at our property that we could not get elsewhere. When you travel to other vacation homes you often have to rent things like tennis rackets, basketballs, and fishing gear. We will provide this for you to use free while you are here. We also found that others didn't have things to cook with like spices and cooking spray, aluminum foil or a crock pot. We provide these items for your convenience. Other things that we provide are shampoo and soaps. Today it is difficult to travel with these items so we now provide them for you.
