Good location, good house, good for family

This location is about a 3 minute walk to the white chapel station which made getting around easy. My group was 4 grown adults and 3 kids (are 10 to 15) and we had adequate bedding for all of them. There is also a grocery store about 5 mins walk away and the kitchen has all that is needed to cook of you choose.

Our Stay in May

Overall our stay was fine. Check in was very easy and we were quickly met by someone to drop off our towels and say hi. The listing said there was 1 bathroom, but we were happily surprised by an additional half bath downstairs. Washer and dryer were nice to have available. Communication was mostly good. We wanted an early check in which I started the process through the VRBO app messages but then did not receive responses, so had to call the listing company. They were helpful after getting through to them. The unit is a quick walk to Whitechapel Station, which was very convenient but a little loud at all hours of the day.Some downsides: For how many people the house could sleep, we wish the couch was bigger in the living room but we made the best of it by using the pullout couch for more space. The internet was spotty, the TV would disconnect and had some loading issues. Wifi user name and password provided by property was incorrect but we were able to connect by looking at the router. The floors were LOUD. They creaked going up and down the stairs and walking in the short hallway upstairs. There was no way to be quiet while others were still sleeping which wasn't the end of the world but definitely annoyed us. The neighborhood was a bit noisy well after dark with people talking outside. Still giving the overall stay a 4/5 because nothing made our trip less enjoyable. We explored most of the day, so this was mostly a home base for the evening, which worked for our group.
