The phone number that was supposed to open the front door to the building is just connected to a normal mailbox that asks to call back later! It is just annoying to have removed all luggage from the car, only to then wait in the street, not knowing what will happen?Albeit the elaborate multi-language phone system Yes I Do have set up in their office, no calls went through. Neither in Italian, nor in English. I did leave two messages, but to my dismay, I was never called back.Being stood up in front of the door is the most unwelcoming experience an already booked and paid customer could possibly be awarded with. This is really inexcusable!As if that was not enough, it turns out that the bathroom, all the way back, in a room without natural light, is a dark hole where the artificial light is conveniently cut off. Do they expect us to shower in the dark?I checked all fuse boxes and they worked to provide electricity to the rest of the apartment. As of yet I have no explanation why 3 different light sources in the bathroom were not functioning?Last but not least, basic items like a toaster and a few coffee capsules for our morning experience were also not provided and duly missed. Apparently, this is what Yes I Do understands a 'Luxury Turism Experience'! to be, which is a slogan they clearly advertise with...
