Dear John, Thank you very much for your feedback — it’s always helpful for us to improve. Just to clarify for our future guests, we always provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, and kitchen paper, so that everyone can enjoy a coffee in the morning. However, it’s true that we don’t provide kitchen towels for hygiene reasons, as part of our house policy. I’m truly sorry if you couldn’t find some of these items. It’s a pity that you didn’t reach out during your stay — especially since I shared my number and encouraged you to contact me in case you needed anything. For future stays, I kindly suggest that guests communicate directly with their host if something seems to be missing. Writing about it only in the review can sometimes create confusion and doesn’t allow us the chance to help right away — which is always our goal.
