The property is distributed thoughtfully over multiple floors, each offering distinct living spaces with modern and comfortable furnishings throughout.

On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining room furnished with a dining table, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen that also features its own dining table. A separate WC is also available on this floor for added convenience.

The lower ground floor hosts 2 bedrooms, each fitted with 2 beds and a private bathroom with bath and WC. This level also benefits from direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool, as well as an additional living room with a digital TV, perfect for relaxed evenings in a more intimate setting.

The upper floor is home to the remaining 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom features a French bed and an en-suite shower room with WC and a hydro massage shower, offering a particularly luxurious experience. 2 further bedrooms each include 1 French bed and an en-suite shower room with bidet and WC. The fifth bedroom on this floor is also appointed with 1 French bed and a shower room with WC.
