The villa accommodates guests with a generous outdoor swimming pool measuring 3 x 8 metres with a depth of 140 cm, available seasonally from 1 April to 30 October, making it an ideal retreat during the warmer months. Reliable Internet WiFi connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring that guests remain connected throughout their stay. Parking is conveniently provided on the premises for up to 3 cars, complemented by a single private garage, offering ample space for guests arriving by vehicle.

Spread across 3 levels and approximately 150 m2 of living space, this 7-room vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, an open-plan living and sleeping area features 1 double sofa bed and a dining table, with direct access to the garden. A fully equipped open kitchen on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 1 double bedroom is also located on this floor, alongside a shower room complete with bidet and WC. On the first upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom, a further double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room featuring a bidet and WC, and 1 additional room with 2 single beds, all served by a shared shower room with bidet and WC. The second upper floor opens onto a bright living and dining area framed by a panoramic window, with a second fully equipped open kitchen mirroring the ground floor configuration, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate WC. This upper level also provides direct access to a generous 50 m2 terrace offering breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
