Dear Steve,we really care about our guests' comfort & we are surprised by this score,as no issues or questions were raised during your stay.We are always available and could have easily resolved everything in real-time. To clarify for future guests:BBQ is not listed in our property profile.Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink, while a vacuum cleaner (which we provide instead of a standard broom for better hygiene) is kept in the laundry room. Kitchen paper was provided,and the appliance manuals are kept in the folder under the living room table•The villa has 3 interchangeable AC remotes, and the air conditioning includes a 'sleep' mode. The keys are color-coded and simply correspond to the number of shutters and main doors for property security• no mid-stay cleaning was mentioned or requested in our correspondence. For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer an optional/extra cleaning service upon request for an additional fee•We kindly ask guests to dispose of their trash regularly to prevent ants. However, we always accommodate our guests and are more than happy to take care of the trash ourselves upon request. Our garden is regularly maintained;however,bushes grow naturally between spring and autumn prunings•The panoramic lake and mountain view remains the highly-rated highlight of our property, as confirmed by all our 10/10 reviews this season.We are truly sorry that these easily solvable details impacted your stay due to a lack of communication

I am glad you explored, there is so much to do in this area (hiking, sightseesing, historical villas, winetasting, cycling, boat tours, kaiting, surfing and much more) that a very short stay is a waste. Thank you for taking your time to review Belvedere apartment and our staff. We really care about your opinion to improve our service. There is not much we can do for the steps since the best view properties in Bellagio are always on top but will adress the other comments during our winter preparation for next season. Although we always do our best to make our guests' stay unforgettable, such nice review always excites us. This year we wanted to upgrade the garden and we are happy to read that the terrace garden has been exploited and appreciated already in March. In a few days we will also install an external solar shower to mitigate the heat of the hot summer days in the garden, and the mosquito net in the basement has already been installed. Thanks to the enthusiasm and passion we feel we always try to improve our homes, just as we want Bellagio Sailing to become THE experience not to be missed on Lake Como.
