"Gîte La Truffière Saintongeaise" is a charming 3-room vacation rental of 80 m2, fully renovated in 2023 and thoughtfully furnished throughout. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is arranged across a well-conceived floor plan that combines comfort with character. The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the garden. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The property offers 2 bedrooms: the first is accessed via a sliding door and contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television; the second is a larger room fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the garden. The single bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. A furnished terrace completes the outdoor living space.
