On the ground level, you will find an open living/sleeping room with a sliding door and a window overlooking the courtyard, featuring a sofabed (140 cm), a dining table, and access to international TV channels. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the balcony and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and four induction hot plates. The lower ground floor offers another open living/sleeping room with a sliding door, a double sofabed, and a dining table. This area also provides access to the veranda and the swimming pool, along with an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and a WC.

The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, and allows pets (maximum one dog).
