The kitchen also provides direct access to a balcony. The 2 bedrooms are also located on this level: 1 double bedroom and 1 room with 2 single beds. The single bathroom on this floor features a shower, bidet, and WC. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find an additional dining room with a dining table and a direct exit to the garden. This level also opens onto a small terrace and a garden area furnished with 6 deck chairs, offering a panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding garden.
