Spacious villa 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Protaras

A spacious villa, set in a former agricultural area close to the beach. Set in a large garden (shared with the owner) filled with apple, orange, lemon and olive trees. There is an 11m pool for your exclusive use. Children are welcome.

The space
The first floor is open plan and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa is fully air conditioned (hot and cold), and powered by its own solar panels.

Second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin - all with balconies.
Bathroom 1 with bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin.
Bathroom 2 with a shower, toilet and basin. Washing machine.

Linen and towels are all provided.

Guest access
The villa is on the first and second floors and there is no lift. There is ample parking within the grounds. The ground floor is garage and storage space.
Other things to note
A car is essential.

The villa is close to the town of Paralimni and a 10 minute drive to the sandy beaches, restaurants and night life of Protaras.

Exceptional Hosts

Perfect villa in a quiet location set within beautiful gardens. Villa had everything we needed, super clean and included a lovely welcome pack. The hosts were exceptional throughout our stay so we could not have chosen a better villa.

Andreas and Androulla are your hosts. Brought up in Cyprus they lived in England for many years before retiring back to Cyprus. They enjoy ensuring their guests are comfortable and will do what they can to make a stay as comfortable as possible.

Andreas and Androulla are both originally from a village nearby. They chose this area because of the sandy beaches.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The villa is extremely spacious but what sets it apart is the outside space. The garden is large and well planted with fruit trees. You will find fig, date, olive, apricot, lemon, and orange trees. Andreas loves to experiment and has planted Avocado, lychees and passion fruit with varying degrees of success. We love to share our produce with our guests.
