Great location

We had a group of 9 staying at this property. The location was amazing. The bedrooms were ok, but the top bathroom shower was designed for very small persons.Otherwise, it was decent value because of the location.

Two of the TVs were not working. The toliet seat in the main bathroom was broken and slid sideways when sitting on it. It was replaced with a new seat that didn't fit properly so it slid sideways. The upstairs shower did not work for 2 of the three days we stayed there.

Excellent location!

It's a great location, right between two stations on the Hammersmith and City / Circle lines and only a 10 minute walk to the Central line. Connections all over London were effective and fast. It's a lot smaller than the photos make it seem. The rooms were clean and well set up. Every room had its own lock, a TV and was supposed to have a fridge. Two of them were freezers, however. One of the double mattresses was bad enough to feel the slats under the bed, meaning couples had to be juggled into the other rooms. Three rooms have a double and single bed! So plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was well set up with everything we needed! It's very very hot in summer. If it's over 22C in London, I recommend grabbing some tower fans from Argos just to sleep. The fans provided have next to no effect beyond noise.The half bathroom and shower room on the top floor are fine for most people but unusable for larger individuals. The remaining bathroom has a full bath and shower.

Great for students / backpackers

Our family of seven stayed here for 2 days. The location is excellent. Communication with the host is fantastic. She is responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Antonia. I would comment that the photos you see in the listing are very edited for contrast. The accommodations are very basic. The suite is divided into five private rooms, each with their own lock and key. This is ideal for backpackers, but for a family of five with small children and seniors, the heavy doors were slamming constantly. There seem to be no way to disable some of the motion activated lights in the narrow hallways. All the amenities are basic but are functional and work. There is even a mini fridge in every room. No problem with hot water or lack of bath towels! Very functional and well stocked in that regard.
