and a laundry for ease. Watch the sunset over the gulf from your kitchen bar stools or a chair outside your door as you sip that evening wine or just better yet, walk 5 minutes across the street to Turtle Beach, just down from World Famous Siesta Key beach, #1 beach in the U.S. You can take also take the free trolley just across the street that runs to Siesta Key Village, Siesta beach and Crescent beach.
Amenities abound in this complex. It has 2 large pools, Fitness Center, Tennis courts, Kayak racks, Picnic areas with grills
right on the bay. You can walk to a top end restaurant right down the street or next door. Do you have a boat? Dock it right below.
If not, rent a boat or jet ski or kayak next door at the marina. Parking has a carport and also looks at water between the buildings. This condo is for water lovers in every way! There is a Minimum 1 month rental, however I can do a number of monthly rentals or multiple month rentals. We cannot accommodate weekend rentals or weekly rentals .
