This multi-level villa takes advantage of its charming location in the picturesque Mas Mestre area, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the Catalan countryside, with rolling hills, vineyards, and historic villages waiting to be explored.



For those craving the vibrant energy of Sitges, you can reach this picturesque coastal town in approximately 15 minutes, where you can explore its charming streets, indulge in local cuisine, browse the boutiques or simply bask in the sun on its beautiful beaches.



Accommodating up to 12 guests, this luxurious villa, fully air conditioned, offers an upper level featuring a master suite with a private terrace and jacuzzi bath, three double/twin rooms with Juliet balconies, and a shared spacious bathroom. The entrance level boasts a ground-floor double bedroom with an ensuite, living room and kitchen, while the lower level features a cosy TV room with a double sofa bed and children’s play den.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance Level:

Step into Villa Angeles through the main entrance into the spacious hallway. Just ahead is the spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening to the garden. Here, you’ll discover a chill-out area, large dining space, and an inviting private pool. The stylish and bright living area boasts a generous sofa, a TV for entertainment, ambient lighting and luxurious furnishings.



The kitchen, also located off the entrance hall, is modern and well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a Haier oven and Teka induction cooktop. An elegant round table in the kitchen comfortably seats eight guests, while a large utility room nearby provides convenient access to the side garden.



This level also features a master suite with an ensuite shower room, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The bedroom provides seamless access to the ground-floor guest toilet, completing the convenience and comfort of this level.



Upper Level:

Ascend to the upper level of Villa Angeles and discover a long hallway leading to four bedrooms. The master suite is a lavish retreat that boasts a private terrace, a sumptuous jacuzzi bath and a separate shower, inviting you to unwind in style.



Three additional bedrooms on this level can be doubles or twins beds, each is equipped with a Juliet balcony and built-in wardrobes. Guests of these rooms share a spacious bathroom with a double walk-in shower.



Lower Level:

This level can be accessed via stairs from the main hall way or directly from street level. From here you can take the lift to each floor. On the lower level there is a cosy TV room with a sofa bed offering additional sleeping area. There is also a dedicated area for the kids complete with a charming tee pee tent and a table with games to entertain. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or entertainment, this space is the perfect retreat.

GARDEN AND POOL AREA

Enter the outdoor haven of Villa Angeles and discover a terraced garden that offers both privacy and serenity across its various levels and a heated swimming pool that can be enjoyed all year around. Relax in the chill-out area, enjoy cocktails by the poolside, or relish in outdoor al-fresco dining experiences.



The convenient open BBQ and sink create an ideal setting for outdoor cooking. Then, gather around the spacious dining table, comfortably seating ten people, for delightful meals under the Mediterranean sun or twinkling stars.



Alongside the pool, eight sun loungers beckon you to bask in the warmth of the sun in comfort.



The garage, located by the street level access also serves as a recreational retreat, offering ping pong and foosball tables for endless hours of entertainment. The garage has space for 2 cars and there is plenty of free street parking outside the villa.

Prices do not include tourist tax of 1.00 € / person / day.



Pool heating is optional and there is an additional minimum charge of €280 per week (minimum fee) if you wish the pool to be heated*. Please inform the service team know if you require the pool to be heated at least 2 weeks before arrival.
