Highly located authentic cottage in the second row with magnificent views of the water and the Great Belt Bridge.The holiday home was built in 1975 and last renovated in 1995, and the interior is also older but in good working order.The living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom have sea views.A charming, atypical, high-altitude cottage, partially built into the ground.For those who are less interested in decor and interior design and more interested in location, views, nature, and peaceful surroundings.Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, living room with access to a large terrace, kitchen-dining room and a large renovated bedroom/living room with double bed and wood-burning stove.Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and direct access to a partially covered terrace and the garden.The annex, which is best suited for summer use, is furnished with a double bed. There is a satellite dish with German and Danish channels, as well as fast Wi-Fi and Chromecast for streaming your own TV packages.The garden, pergola, and wooden terrace are well planted, cozy, and largely secluded.Located just over 100 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach and the coast, which offers good fishing all year round.Water and gas (for cooking) are included in the price.Not available for rent to youth or tradespeople groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
