The loft apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building which is within the village of Mitika, with unobstructed views to the Ionian blue as far as the island of Lefkas and even the coast of Italy when the atmosphere is clear.
A small, semi-private beach is just outside the garden door and some of Greece's most beautiful beaches, including Monolithi which is a couple of kilometres away.
The space
Apart from the loft and its outdoor areas, one can freely use the ground floor sitting area, the garden and the semi-outdoor barbecue area for cooking, dining and entertainment. A canoe and some fishing equipment are also available on-site.

The property used to be part of our family summer house. As such it was occupied only partially and only for a couple of months a year. We still love spending our summers here with friends and family visiting often and we thought it would be way better to share all this natural beauty and peaceful energy with others who look for a relaxing time on their summer break.

The area combines the clean and clear blue waters of the Ionian sea with the dark greens of pine, olive and citrus trees in every turn.
Monolithi beach is the longest beach in Europe and one of the most beatiful beaches in the area. It starts at the edge of the village of Mytikas has consistently earned Blue Flag awards for the quality of its waters.
The little forest adjacent to Monolithi beach and the village is a natural protected area and the ancient ruins of the city of Nicopolis are a breath away.
Mytikas can provide everything required for a relaxing holiday, good food included, away from the stresses not only of everyday life but also the tourist-packed areas. Yet, the city of Preveza with its busy taverns, cafes and bars is just 5 km away.
For those willing to explore further, the area has to offer unique experiences in daily trips such as watching dolphins in the gulf of Amvrakikos, hiking and other sports in the Acheron river, visiting the island of Lefkas and several more.

Our property has a unique position at the edge of the coastline with a semi-private beach on its feet. Additionally, being located on the second floor gives one uniterrupted views to the water and great privacy from its interior. These, in conjunction with its open design and wood finishes make one feel like they are on a boat instead of hard soil.
