Beautiful location for this contemporary villa of 140 sqm with view over the Ria. Local shops (bakery, bar, pizzeria) within 1 km, downtown Belz 2 km. Typical port of St. Cado with small sandy coves at 2 km - Possibility of swimming within 1 km (small beaches of the Ria). Beaches of the Ocean at 4.3 km - Many coastal paths nearby.
This 140 square meters house includes:
- On the ground floor: Entrance with closets
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee maker, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and direct terrace access; open on
Living room - bright living room (television, DVD player) giving access to terrace and garden (around 1500 sqm) with views of Ria and Port-Niscop.
Office: with secretary and piano.
Bedroom 1: 2 electric beds (90x200 connected, 220X240 duvet): bays with terrace and garden access.
