A totally renovated flat of 45sqm including a brand new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher.
Included is a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, DVD player and internet access
Very nice bathroom with a large shower.
Real wood floor and nice decoration.
New nice bed and soft sheets.

The property has limited parking spaces. Parking spaces are availbale by reservation only and come at a cost.

Not an ideal summer rental but great location

Wonderful location! Art Nouveau homes in walking distance, Brood bakery for amazing breakfast treats and breads, tasty pizza from Civico 6, and cold beer from Lutgarde Inside the flat, we were warm and had few solutions. There is no AC and if you open the windows the street noise is quite loud, very little air movement at all. The shower also needs a good scrubbing. It was great to be able wash our clothes, have a refrigerator, and a bed. It would be great if there was a top sheet on the bed.

As said AC but there was no AC. 😩 Great neighborhood though

While it was very upsetting to arrive only to learn there was no AC (despite the ad saying otherwise I’m two areas of the description), we made the best of it. It also said there was a twin bed, which there is not. There is a small two cushion couch but an average sized adult could not sleep on it, your feet would hang off by several inches. The upside is that the location is Wonderful! Art Nouveau homes in walking distance, Brood bakery for amazing breakfast treats and breads, tasty pizza from Civico 6, and cold beer from Lutgarde. Inside the flat, we were warm and had few solutions. There is no AC and if you open the windows the street noise is quite loud, very little air movement at all. The shower also needs a good scrubbing. It was great to be able wash our clothes, have a refrigerator, and a bit more space than a hotel but the summer sun hit the wall of glass was miserable. It would be great if there was a top sheet on the bed rather than just a comforter. To that point, a second set of sheets would be good for longer rentals. At this time, I would only recommend for months that are cooler.
