Villa El Mirador is an ultra modern designer villa which enjoys a beautiful hilltop position and offers truly spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains. It has been meticulously built to the highest specifications and thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of its privileged position and very close to local amenities and Sitges.



With a fantastic 8x4 meter swimming pool with large wooden deck providing plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation.



Managed exclusively by Sitges Hills Villas Ltd, the villa is only a 20-minute drive from the bustling resorts of Sitges and Vilanova with their bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and around 40 minutes from world-famous Barcelona.



ACCOMMODATION

The extensive use of glass in the design means that every room in Villa El Mirador is full of light and enjoys extensive panoramas. The decor is both modern and stylish and is further enhanced by a number of hand crafted features. The villa is arranged over 2 floors as follows;



First Floor

Entry to Villa El Mirador is via the first floor. The first floor includes the living room, kitchen, a bathroom and dining terrace complete with a beautiful hand made table from which you can enjoy al fresco dining while admiring the breathtaking view. The fully equiped kitchen is laid out in a modern open-plan design and features a hand-crafted breakfast bar as the centrepiece. The Lounge has direct access onto the large terrace and outdoor dining area. The lounge is spacious and bright and features extra high ceilings.



Lower Floor

Stairs with ornamental trees lead down to the lower floor of the house where the 4 bedrooms are located. Each of the bedrooms enjoys direct access onto a balcony that extends the full length of the lower floor of the villa. There are also 2 large bathrooms on this level, one of which is the master bedroom ensuite. A gate on the balcony leads down to the garden level and pool area.



Villa El Mirador can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms arranged as follows;



Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 - Master ensuite with large 180 x 200cm bed, wardrobe area and access to terrace and A/C.

Bedroom 2 - Large double/twin bedroom with wardrobe, access to terrace and A/C.

Bedroom 3 - Large double/twin bedroom with wardrobe, access to terrace and A/C.

Bedroom 4 - Double bed (160x200) with open wardrobe and access to terrace.  Fan if required.



Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1 - Ensuite with large shower.

Bathroom 2 - Huge bath, walk in shower and internal tree views.

Bathroom 3 - Large bathroom with shower on entry level floor.



Gardens and Swimming Pool Area

Below the villa is a fantastic 8x4 meter swimming pool with large wooden deck providing plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation. Under the deck you will find additional seating and hammocks, which are perfect for resting in the shade during hot afternooons. The rest of the garden that surrounds the villa has been left in its attractive natural state consisting of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavander, thyme as well as the celebrated native Margallo palm.

There is secure off-street parking for 1 car at Villa El Mirador. There is also unlimited and free on-street parking at the front of the villa and no permits are required.



The guests have access to the whole house, it's your home away from home!

Villa El Mirador is just a 5 minute drive from the lovely little village of Canyelles with its wide range of amenities, including a Sunday market, shops, banks, cafes, restauarants, a park and horse riding stables. There are also a number of wonderful walks and family cycle paths that start from the villa and take you to the market town and cava producing centre of Vilafranca del Penedes, as well as the historic castle of Olerdola.

The villa is only a 20-minute drive from the bustling resorts of Sitges and Vilanova with their bars, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and around 40 minutes from world-famous Barcelona.



Plenty of walking trails straight from the front door, but for local amenities a car is required.
