ACCOMMODATION



Ground Floor: As you enter Villa Miramar, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The central island boasts a gas hob and provides ample workspace and storage to cater to your culinary needs. Enjoy casual dining or conversations at the charming kitchen bistro set. Just a few steps down from the kitchen, a sun-filled room has a dining table for eight guests.



As you step into the living room, you are greeted by a breath-taking panoramic view of the sea and Sitges from the large windows straight ahead. The spacious living room is elegantly furnished with two comfortable double sofas, providing an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. A beautifully designed fireplace creates a warm and cosy ambience for cooler out of season evenings.



The living room features sliding doors leading out onto a terrace fitted with a dining table and a BBQ chill-out area with ample seating, making it the perfect space to enjoy delicious meals and the great views.

As you enter the living room on the first floor, you’ll notice a trap door on the left that leads to an exciting and unexpected space below. Descend the stairs to find yourself in another chill-out room with a comfortable sofa bed.

There is an office and a small gym, providing a convenient and comfortable space to work out or catch up on work.The office area has an air conditioning unit.
