Great London Sightseeing Location!

A fantastic location in Kensington, close to Earl's Court tube station and Hop-on, Hop-Off bus pick ups. Imran was prompt with all communication and check-in was easy. Appliances were all modern. The layout of the apartment worked well for family of 4. Bathroom does not have adequate ventilation and hence there is mold on the ceiling. There was one portable fan which was appreciated but ceiling fans in the bedrooms or another portable fan would be great to increase air flow and help drown out traffic noise. This apartment does not have AC. Thank you for a great stay!

Warning no air conditioning

We got to the place after a long day of travel and there was no sign of air conditioning. That was listed as an amenity. We contacted the host and he informed us that no air conditioning was available. We then contacted VRBO and told them that we needed to be moved. We were informed that if we left immediately without them contacting the host we could not get a refund. We remained for 3 hours on the phone with VRBO and they informed us that there was no air conditioning but the host offered to drop off box fans the next day. We ended up having to spend our own additional money to rent hotel rooms in London during the summer. We and VRBO notified the host that we would not be staying in the location that week but on check out day he contacted us as if we stayed there the entire week. We remained only as long as we needed to for VRBO to receive all the information they needed from us. We have contacted our credit card to hold the funds due to the delay from VRBO in returning our money. Upon leaving at 10pm with the children we took all the trash out from dinner of the children and left the key in the key box.
