Renovated city apartment with high ceilings, Velux windows, and a new kitchen in the heart of Ålbæk with easy access to the town center's shops and restaurants, and the charming fishing and marina is just a nice walk away. The townhouse has two apartments, each with its own entrance. The entrance to this apartment on the 1st floor is from the main street. This apartment is equipped with everything five people need for a comfortable vacation.As an extra nice detail, all utilities are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about extra expenses for water, electricity, and heating.The house was built in 1900 and newly renovated in 2024. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a 3/4 bed. There is a nice bathroom and a well-equipped new kitchen/family room with a dining table, sofa area, and TV with Chromecast. If you have brought a tablet or iPad, you can connect to the house's wireless network. There is also a lovely conservatory where you can relax if the weather is not so good. If the weather is good, it's not far to the beach, so it's easy to take a morning dip before breakfast. The apartment is located in the heart of the charming fishing village of Ålbæk, right between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Ålbæk Beach is less than 1000 meters away if you want to walk your dog or take a dip in the Kattegat. If you are traveling with a group, there is also the option of renting the apartment below, DanCenter house number 57135. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
