This inviting holiday apartment is located in the heart of the small fishing village of Ålbæk, just a short walk from the beach. Designed for up to four guests, it offers a comfortable setting with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is part of a charming annex building on the same property as the main house, where you can park your car, and has its own private entrance on the left side. Originally built in 1967 and fully renovated in 2023, the apartment combines classic character with modern convenience. It features one bedroom with a double bed and two additional sleeping spaces on a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the well-functioning kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home. In the cozy living area, you will find a dining table, a sofa corner, and a TV. Guests can also stay connected using the property’s Wi-Fi network, perfect for streaming or browsing on a tablet or iPad. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed for privacy, with a fence separating it from the other unit. Here you can relax on the southwest-facing terrace, which captures the sun for most of the day. Only a few meters away lies the sandy beach, making it possible to enjoy a refreshing morning swim before breakfast. After a day of seaside fun, return to your terrace, unwind in the garden furniture, and prepare a delicious meal on the grill.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
