The property is well maintained. Some rooms are a bit seasoned but very well up to our needs (and the kitchen is being refurbished while I write this). The house is very well stocked with all the essentials, this is all very plentiful here, just like at home. Grounds and pool are well kept. The property benefits from complete privacy. The local property manager is extremely responsive, helpful, competent and friendly, always there if required but never intrusive. A hire car is an advantage.

The house is well stocked with all the essentials, not like some other properties where one finds one plate, one knife, one glass per person: this is all very plentiful here, just like at home. Three times per week, the grounds and pool are kept, everything is in an immaculate condition. The property benefits from complete privacy. The local property manager is extremely responsive, helpful, competent and friendly, always there if required but never intrusive. There is some basic public transport available but we never used it - a hire car is probably the better option. Quality groceries shopping, restaurants, cafes are all nearby as is a selection of historic towns to view. A good choice of beaches is close, some rather natural, some with different types of facilities, all very nice. Thanks a lot for having us!

Een mooie, grote en rustig gelegen villa! Enorm veel ruimte, verzorgde tuin, groot zwembad, veel terrassen. De buitendouche met warm water is zalig. BBQ op gas, een buitenkeuken ontbreekt nog, hiervoor is voldoende plaats.Wij vinden het aangenaam als er basisvoorzieningen aanwezig zijn zoals vaatwastabletten, afwasmiddel, waspoeder, koffiefilters, peper en zout, zwembadspeeltjes, vuilzakken. Misschien wordt hiermee in de toekomst rekening gehouden. Deze villa is absoluut een aanrader.

Lo mejor de la casa es la piscina (grande y limpia) La casa es espaciosa, pero tienen que mejorar muchas cosas (saltaba mucho la luz, mejorar la limpieza sobre todo los ventiladores , horno y barbacoa ), los baños quitar las cortinas de baño , hay poco espacio y se pega al cuerpo La casa lo merece un saludo

Es una villa espectacular, tiene todo el equipamiento necesario y más. Los dormitorios son muy espaciosos y con baños de buen tamaño. Sin duda los colchones son de calidad, hemos descansado perfectamente. La mayor parte del tiempo hemos estado en la zona del jardín, no tiene un césped muy grande casi todo son piedras pequeñas, tiene el inconveniente de no poder andar descalzos ni para salir de la piscina pues como pises una piedrecita te haces daño en los pies y le falta un poco de luz por la noche en la mesa del jardín. La piscina tiene un buen tamaño y muy limpia. La zona tiene una comunicación espectacular a tan sólo 10/15 minutos en coche encuentras muchos supermercados, gasolinera, playas y zonas de ocio. Han sido unas vacaciones muy especiales y maravillosas, nos ha encantado a toda la familia sobretodo a nuestras pequeñas. Por último dar las gracias al equipo de Holiday Chiclana, por ayudarnos tanto y hacérnoslo tan fácil todo el proceso. Un trabajo muy profesional sin duda.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in San Andres.Die Reservierung erfolgte bei "Holiday Chiclana" Alles perfekt. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in der Nähe des Golfplatzes. Sehr zu empfehlen.
