Arranged over 3 floors the first floor is all about relaxing and eating and drinking with a large kitchen with a table that extends to sit 12 comfortably.

The next floor up sleeps up to 7 people in 2 rooms all in static beds (no camp beds in sight!) and have the use of 2 shower rooms.

The top floor with its far reaching views across Bath sleeps 5 in 3 rooms, 2 of which are ensuite!

What a great location! We stayed here for a couple days on a family trip. The place was clean and well outfitted for the summer trip. It was warm and there were plenty of fans.

This house is beautiful - in an amazing spot in Bath, so central to get to everything.Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host were very responsive and accomodating.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This large home is amazing for group stays in Bath. The location is perfect and the house is lovely and spacious. The communication with the hosts was easy via VRBO. Whilst there we had a private chef who was amazing, if anyone is thinking of doing the same we highly recommend Fabulous Private Dining.

Great Bath location. Kitchen and living room worked well for our family. Bedrooms were fine, not over the top fancy, certainly adequate for our stay. Bathrooms also were not fancy, they were fine for our family. Probably the one challenge we had on our stay was the significant heat wave Bath was experiencing. There were many fans provided but no AC. This made for a couple of warm nights. This weather was not normal, so, I am sure 350 nights a year it is fine to have no AC in Bath.

Excellent property for a group of friends. Very well equipped and close to amenities. Although on a busy street, it was quiet and peaceful.

A wonderful place to stay!

This property is just beautiful and so centrally located! Visiting with a large family and the five bedrooms and mny bathrooms were great! Steps from everything in Bath. Dan could not have been more accomodating! He answered every questions we had. If you are going to Bath, this is the place to stay!!

Great property close to everything Bath has to offer. It is located a short 15 minute walk from train station. While on the train heading to Bath, Dan let us know the the house was ready a little early, which was much appreciated. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 6. The third floor bath has a rain shower which proved to be very popular. Although close to everything, the house is located in a quiet area.
