Firstly, Ana's hospitality was absolutely the stand out for this property. From her greeting us, to the fridge stocked with some goodies, down to the thought of having beach towels, chairs and sun umbrellas in the cupboard for guests to use, and a public transit card made this stay comfortable.Ana went out of her way to resolve an issue with the property that occured outside of her control, even on a local public holiday, which we were really appreciative of.The location is great, walkable to everything, and the bed is really comfortable. The only downside: The bathroom/shower area wasn't quite clean, and had a mould issue. This is most likley due to the propery being on the ground floor, so the apartment also had a fairly persistent damp smell, even after leaving the door to the patio open most of the time.

Very nice flat, everything you need is there. Ana,the host, is very friendly, she even picked me up at the airport when i arrived and give me much ideas what to do during my stay in Valencia.

The hosts responded promptly to all my messages and there were nice touches such as picking me up from the airport and some snacks/drinks and a travel card in the apartment. The apartment was attractively furnished, the location next to a subway station and bus stops and with shops nearby was very convinient. I would be happy to stay here again. The only problem I experienced is that the front door of the overall building slams closed and is loud enough to wake me up at night each time somebody else comes in or out.

Great location close to metro and grocery stores and within walking distance to Old Town and the City of Arts and Sciences (if you don't mind getting your steps in). Airport pickup was wonderful as were the provided snacks. Neighbors were a bit noisy but it was pretty quiet at night for sleeping.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The internet connection was excellent, and the host was extremely kind, providing me with all the necessary information as well as flyers about the area. The apartment is small but very charming, equipped with everything one might need. Don't expect luxury, but for the price, it is absolutely worth it.

Great weekend in Valencia

We have felt very comfortable and with everything we need to spend a few quiet days in Valencia. The location is great, very close to Ruzzafa and the river promenade, with the metro nearby too! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the mini terrace. Ana super host! We will be back!

Great location Valencia

Ana was a wonderful host. She gave us all the i formation we needed to have a great time in Valencia. She was very easy to get in touch with. Our stay was comfortable but there were some leaks in the sink and shower, and the Air Conditioner leaked condensation no matter what temperature we put it at. All in all, it was a great stay I would recommend

Incredibly welcoming host - came and got us from the train station, showed us the apartment and surprised me with a birthday cake and bubbly so incredibly sweet and thoughtful. There was a couple metro cards for us to use - one even had a couple trips left on it! The apartment itself is in a very central location - does it need a bit of maintenance? Sure. Is it a bit loud from poor sound insulation? Also yes. But if those aren’t deal-breakers for you, then this is a score.
Stocked fridge upon our arrival! What a nice surprise.

Ana is an absolute star. We have been picked up from the airport and been dropped at the location where we have been taken through everything that we needed to know. There were plenty of cold drinks and snacks for us. Regarding the bugs, that are mentioned in other reviews, Valencia's fauna is reach and depending on which time of the year you are coming to visit they might fly in if you leave a window open but this is the same for any place that you might choose to stay in. Other than this, the apartment has everything you need and Valencia is absolutely gorgeous. If you are planing to go on a budget this will more than do. Overall, very happy.

I would love to be able to comment on the property itself, but the host cancelled on us the day before, leaving us stranded without accommodation. In fact, worse still, the host stopped engaging with us altogether and would not answer our calls or respond to our messages. They stated that we hadn't told them our arrival time, despite us responding via Whatsapp 24 hours before. The result was us having to fork out for a much more expensive option last-minute. To top it all off, the refund was only partial as the host refused to officially cancel the reservation in the system, meaning we were left short of all the money we had paid. Luckily, the Customer Service team managed to sort this out for us. Luckily, we know how to make the best out of a bad situation and we still had a fab time in Valencia, despite this.

To start off the host Ana was amazing, very nice and friendly. She even picked us up from the airport which was amazing. She left us drinks in the fridge and explained the transportation auch as bus and metro and gave us a card with which we could ride. Again very nice. To the property at first sight everything was okay. However looking closer and spending more time there were a few inconveniences. The first night there was a leaking from the ceiling. Every time the very front door shuts, the one from the apartment would recoil which was loud. Then there was a insect issue. There were little cockroach like bugs in the bathroom as well as small worms in the shower. I told Ana and she said she will address the issue once we are gone so hopefully this problem will be solved for the next guests. Positiv is also the location, a 20min walk and you are in a great center with restaurants and shopping malls.

Lamentamos que su estancia coincidiera con días nublados. Es aconsejable una limpieza mínima durante la estancia del viajero para evitar insectos.

Hébergement placé proche de Ruzafa, très bon endroit pour sortir boire un verre. L'accueil était super, le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire et même plus (gel douche, frigo rempli !! , café, thé, Netflix, serviette de plage, parasol,...). Ana nous a très bien reçue et est même venue nous chercher a l'aéroport gratuitement. Tout se fait facilement en transport en commun ou a pied. La climatisation est parfaitement fonctionnelleSeuls points négatifs : studio en rez-de-chaussée avec un hall bruyant donc être équipé si sommeil léger et logement légèrement sombre ce qui n'est pas gênant quand on y dort juste. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !!! Petite perle pour le prix

Ana fue un encanto, nos recogió en la estación incluso llegando súper tarde e hizo que llegáramos a cenar a tiempo sin tener por qué hacerlo :) En el apartamento nos dejó agua, alguna bebida y snacks, un detalle! Era pequeño, pero estaba muy bien ubicado, al lado de la ciudad de las artes, pero también del centro, justo en un punto medio! Lo malo que tenía era el ruido del portal, que se escuchaba mucho, y que el baño olía un poco fuerte, había poca ventilación en general. Al menos tenía una terracita muy mona para tomar el aire :)

Das Apartment hatte kein Fenster . Der Außenbereich war ein dunkler Schacht. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist äußerst feucht.Ana, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und hat mich sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt. Da mein Koffer nicht angekommen ist, hat sie mir bei den Formalitäten geholfen.

Calidad - precio en comparación con otros lugares, está muy bien. Además Ana, la anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Lo único que echamos de menos, fue un poquito más de luz natural y un poco más de ventilación, por el exceso de humedad. Pero en general, la estancia fue agradable. Si vienes a pasar algunos días a Valencia y hacer turismo, ¡la recomiendo!

Die Eigentümerin war super nett und hat sich total lieb gekümmert, vielen Dank dafür. Der Freisitz ist aufgrund der Tauben (Federn/Kacke) leider nicht so schön wie auf dem Bild. Aber dafür kann keiner was. Da Metro und Bus direkt um die Ecke sind und zu Fuß in die Altstadt nur 30min sind, war es ein super Ausgangspunkt um València zu entdecken.

Lokacija app je blizu vseh stvari, ki sva si jih lahko ogledala tako peš, kot tudi z najetimi kolesi. Lastnica je izjemno prijazna in je vedno priskočila na pomoč, od tega da naju je prišla iskat na letališče in odpeljala v stanovanje, do tega da je bilo pripravljeno v stanovanje vse ...hrana , pijača, toaletne potrebšcine .. Škoda da stanovanje nima pravega balkona, ampak je bilo tudi tako vse ok. Preživela sva lep dopust
