The king size room and double rooms are upstairs with bathroom facilities.
There are 2 double rooms downstairs with shower facilities. One of the double rooms has direct garden access.
All rooms come with wardrobes & desk with chairs.
There is a through lounge/diner with sofa, TV, coffee table and a space saving dining table.
The kitchen has washing machine, fridge/ freezer, gas hob with oven & extractor fan.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/ cutlery & mugs.

Guests have the use of the whole house and garden.
