Enjoy your French Riviera holiday by staying in this lovely apartment within the Résidence Le Château de la Pinède in Juan les Pins, just where the Cap d'Antibes begins.
What awaits you are a comfortable lounge with two easily convertible sofa-beds and dining area, a bedroom with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and an absolutely delightful terrace for outdoor living.
In the mornings, you can walk through the Résidence's magnificent grounds to the large swimming pool or the two tennis courts, unless you decide to go for a five- minute walk to the Mediterranean Sea and visit one of Juan’s many beaches.
Nightlife in Juan is equally enticing with ice-cream parlours, restaurants, bars and night-clubs.

I'm English and had spent many years working in Paris in senior finance positions for a number of anglosaxon multinational companies - and in search of my sunny summer retreat, I bought my corner of paradise in Juan les Pins.
After having enjoyed annual summer holidays in Juan for many years, and with my young family now grown up they want to spend their holidays elsewhere with friends.
And with the new regulations following BREXIT I have less opportunity to spend time in Juan in the summer months.
And so I am hoping to allow other holiday makers to enjoy the beautiful Juan les Pins, Antibes and the Cap d'Antibes.

I choose Juan les Pins because it has everything - Juan les Pins for the holidays being next to the all-year round old town of Antibes, and the beautiful coastline on the reknowned Cap d'Antibes.
It is also just 20 minutes from Nice airport by UBER, trains and local buses to get you wherever you want to go when here. Really a car is not really necessary for your holidays.

When built the property was regarded as one of the most beautiful on the Côte d'Azur, just a few hundred yards from the Mediterranean sea and the town centre, but also being calm and quiet.
The large open air swimming pool, the two tennis courts and the 6 acre open spaces add to the beauty of the residence.
