Two bedroom apartment sleeps six. 200m from nearest beach and nearest beach restaurant. Ground floor end of terrace with patio and enclosed side garden. Communal pool Open June to end September. Easy access to Antibes Old Town and 5 miles (8km) to Cannes. Bedroom 1 - double bed with ensuite shower room and WC , TV with DVD inbuilt along bluetooth speaker for listening to your own music, door to patio. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds (use as twin or king - 1.80m), alarm clock radio and door to garden. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Large open plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table. There is a large screen LCD Smart TV with DVD/Blueray player. The soundbar links to the TV and can also operate as a Bluetooth speaker to use with your own devices. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate hallway cupboard. The second bathroom includes a bath with shower, sink and WC. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 along with a separate decked area with seating and large sun umbrella. Underground allocated parking garage. Please note there is an additional cleaning fee of 100€ payable in cash on arrival.
Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes and Nice and 14km from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport. You will find beautiful beaches, good nightlife, restaurants, a nice old town (Antibes) and a beautiful marina. Many watersports are available at the various beaches: waterskiing, parascending, diving. The famous annual jazz festival is held in Juan-Les-Pins each July. The neighbouring town of Antibes has a daily food market and several museums and galleries. You will also find some great bars, restaurants, cafes and boutique shops.
There is easy access by road or rail to the nearby towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and beyond into Italy. The themepark of Antibesland is a great day out for children of all ages and are situated in nearby Biot.

There are several golf courses in the area including Biot and Sophia Antipolis. Skiing is available in the nearby resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron
and the resorts of Valberg, L’Audibergue, Greolieres-Les-Neiges, Beuil-LesLaunes. are all within a 1-2 hours drive.

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed on a daily basis. The location was ideal for a family with kids, with a supermarket and restaurants just a short walk away.

Antibes - Great location, quiet and close to Beach and pool

Very nice apartment, well maintained, super easy access to a nice beach and pool. Secure, safe, makes for a nice low key vacation. Walking distance to the train station.

Very nice property with short distance to the beach and the city. The host and communication was excellent I would recomand this appartment to stay in if you go to Juan Les Pins

Outdoor patio space was fantastic, Karen was easy to communicate with, Hocine was very helpful at all times. Patio door was finicky to lock, but other than that everything was great. Parking stall worth its weight in gold, would stay again 👍

We had such a lovely week and a bit here. It was just too short!Great location, a stone's throw from the beach, supermarket, bus, boulangeries etc.We had a lovely warm welcome from Hocine who managed are check-in and departure. He is an absolute gentleman and made us feel right at home from the outset. Nothing was too much trouble.The outside space of the apartment is especially lovely and well organised. The pool and its surrounding area is spotlessly clean with ample shade.We loved it and would love to come back in the future.Many thanks for your hospitality.

Fantastic Stay in Domaine Juan Flore

Hi Karen, I really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. It is a beautiful apartment, very clean and very well laid out - you have thought of everything! The garden and terrace were very relaxing and private for our family with young children. The air conditioning was great too considering the heat. We would love to come back again next year. Great Apartment and location

Great, clean apartment stocked with everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants and bakery 5 minutes walk. Clean spacious pool. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minute walk to Golfe Juan with lovely marina and lots of great restaurants and bars - nice evening stroll. Bus to Antibes cheap and easy. We got the train to Monaco, which was well worth a visit. Tickets were cheap, but train very crowded on the way back. All in all a lovely holiday location for relaxing and exploring. Hosts were very helpful and I would recommend for any ages.

Our October Break.

this Apartment is exceptional---decor---furnishings-and all the little "finishing touches " that made our stay really perfect.It is obvious that a lot of thought and clever planning made it what it is today.Plenty of space-lovely surroundings-----only a short walk from the beach where you will find stunning views-choice of lovely restaurants and bars to suit all tastes(the beach restaurants were fabulous!!!)The on-site pool and surrounding area is really excellent.plenty to do---plenty to see-especially Antibes-with its fabulous marina.-Take a trip on the little train!---Cannes is another `must see`.We really had a fabulous time,----and look forward to our next stay very much.

One week not enough!

Renting an apartment is alway a step into the unknown, wondering if the picture on a site really tell a true picture. We were so glad when we arrived that Karen and Bill's apartment lived up to the pictures and the other reviews. This really is a great apartment , in a great location with great facilities. Karen and Bill were extremely helpful during our stay organising transport to and from the airport and helping by storing luggage around flight times. The entertainment system is great, the pool area really clean and well maintained, apart from the slide being out of action, and the garden area is great for catching the morning sun. Really can't recommend this apartment and area highly enough, great for relaxation and great for site seeing, only down side was not being able to secure two weeks! Thanks Karen and Bill for a great holiday!

Amazing Stay!

Everything about our stay was perfect. - The communication before we arrived was very prompt and Karen answered all our questions. Once we arrived, Nigel was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the property. - The property itself was more than we could have hoped for. There were two terraces for sitting out, which were very quiet and great for relaxing on. The kids also loved using the hammocks. The BBQ on the terrace worked great and was perfect for nights we didn't want to eat out. - The sea is a 5 minute walk away, with a huge sandy beach and many great restaurants. When the kids got tired of the beach, we would often make our way over to the onsite pool (which has a lifeguard) - The market was also about 5 minutes away which made it easy to buy everything we needed. There was a boulangerie just a couple minutes further away, which we often went to in the morning for fresh pastries. Lastly, the welcome gift was also a very nice touch and was a great way to start our holiday. We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe. Es war alles vorhanden und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Es gab sogar einen Shoppingtrolley für die Einkäufe zu Fuß im nahe gelegenen Supermarkt. Der Außenbereich des Appartments ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit Liegen, Hängematte und Lounge, nicht einsehbar und ruhig.In der Anlage gibt es einen schönen Pool.Die Anlage und der Parkplatz machten insgesamt einen sehr sicheren Eindruck.Strand, Stadt, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker etc. war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und auch der Manager hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Leider war es Anfang September in Juan les Pins und Umgebung immernoch sehr voll, was wir so nicht erwartet haben. Aber das Apartment war der perfekte Rückzugsort zum Entspannen...Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un acceuil tout en gentillesse par Hocine.Climatisation dans chaque pièce. Terrasse pour dejeuner toujours à l'ombre de même que le Salon de jardin les bains de soleils. Hamac sous un albizia qui apporte de la fraicheur....Une place de Parking fermée, au frais au sous-sol.

Wie zuhause fühlen - Ein Traum

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, und zwar in allen Punkten. Kein abgezähltes Besteck wie oft in Ferienwohnungen, sondern von allem genug da, ausreichend Platz, ein süßer Garten mit Hängematte, Liegen, Lounge etc. Klimaanlage auch in den Schlafzimmern und verhältnismäßig leise. Ich kenne deutlich lautere. Das einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, sind die Betten. Wir sind beide sehr groß, auf einem 1,40 m Bett wurde das etwas eng... . Wir haben dann trotzdem gut geschlafen, alternativ hätte man das Kinderzimmer nehmen können und die Kids ins Schlafzimmer stecken können. Der Pool ist schön. Der Strand war sehr voll (August halt!!), aber damit hatte ich gerechnet. Nach Monaco, Cannes, Nizza ist es nicht weit. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kann man auch ins hübsche Antibes laufen. Wir haben das Auto genommen und im Parkhaus geparkt. War kein Problem und bezahlbar. Die Bahn zwischen Wohnung und Strand stört tatsächlich kaum. Der Verwalter ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit den Vermietern ist super. Ich vergebe fast nie 5 Sterne, aber diese Wohnung hat sie verdient.

Lovely modern apartment with large pool and minutes from the beautiful beaches

We loved this apartment - it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds are really comfortable, the facilities such as TV and wifi are all really good quality and the outside terraces were private and spacious with lovely furniture. Both bedrooms and the lounge open out onto terraces. The area is lovely and everything was easy access for us without a car and we had children with us and could easily walk everywhere. We would definitely come back to this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in ideal position

Couldn't fault the apartment as had fantastic facilities with great air conditioning & an ideal position near to beach and 10 min walk to Juan les Pins centre with excellent local buses to Cannes & Nice just minutes away. Karen & Bill were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great Apartment, lovely helpful owners

This apartment is in a lovely location. A few minutes from the beach and an excellent well stocked supermarket. The town is only a brisk 10 minute walk as well and flat, so even if hot its ok. Apartment has everything you need, including a great electric Weber BBQ, I was skeptical about electric, but it was really good. Being on the ground floor it does benefit from the extra space. Pool complex is lovely once you have worked out how to get in! Lots of keys needed but this means it is secure. Karen and Bill are really helpful and the airport transfer Bill does is very reasonable and just no hassle, so you are in holiday mode as soon as you leave the airport, Bill very knowledgeable on the area and this all helps you hit the ground running, ideal for us as only there for one week. All in all superb, cannot be faulted in anyway. Thanks guys.

Prettig verblijf in Juan les Pins

Wij hebben een erg prettige verblijf van 3 weken gehad in het appartement van Karin en Bill. Wij zijn zeer vriendelijk en hulpzaam ontvangen en hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij het naar ons zin hadden. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed ingericht met goede bedden. Ook het terras en de zonnige tuin hebben we veel gebruik van gemaakt. De stranden,de boulevard en het centrum van Juan les Pins zijn op loopafstand. Wij bedanken Karen en Bill voor hun gastvrijheid. Barry,Annelies en Cees
