The new and fully furnished cottage consists of a mezzanine floor (approx. 50 sq m) equipped with kitchenette and large living room with sofa bed, plus bathroom with bath, bidet and WC. Large balcony accessed directly from the living room.
Attic room of similar size offering two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with single beds) plus second bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, reached via a comfortable internal wooden staircase
Private garden through which access to the property is gained for guests and equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs to enjoy the sun and the breeze coming up from the lake during the day and from the mountains in the evening
Large private garage available in the basement with electric car recharging column for guests' use
