Inviting 4 bed home for Edinburgh Fringe Festival & Scotland Exploration

looking to enjoy family, friends and in-laws with plenty of space all under one roof? This comfortable home has space for everyone, indoors and out. Located in a quiet village on the outskirts of Edinburgh offering the best parts of town and country. With great transport links into the Centre of Edinburgh or Glasgow surrounded by conservation areas to reconnect with nature.

You will have access to the whole house and garden.

This is a family home so has all the amenities you will need. A large kitchen/Dining room and separate living room. Utility room and great garden space.

It is a 3 story house with each floor consisting of:

1st floor (ground floor): entry, extra long king bedroom (alternatively can be 2 long singles), toilet room and Utility room with access to the garden.

2nd floor (middle): kitchen/dining, main bathroom with tub and overhead shower, living room with tv and desk. We will leave some games and books for your enjoyment whilst you stay.

3rd floor (top): Double bedroom with work space. Bedroom with bunk bed (could also be swapped out for a double bed), work space and travel cot if needed. Master with king bed, workspace and ensuite. Ensuite has bath with overhead shower.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains and there is central heating throughout. We also provide a few fans in case there is a summer heat wave.

The garden is large and grassy with an upper terrace for wine or roasting marshmallows. A swing set for little ones and some unique landscaping features.


This home certainly sets the stage for laughs to be had and memories to be made!
