On the first floor, the house offers a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying the views while cooking or spending quality time with your family. The open kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils to prepare any meal.
The house features a large porch for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, private pool, and solarium. The outdoor space is furnished with garden furniture for relaxation. Additionally, it includes private parking for two cars, air conditioning, heat pump heating, and Wi-Fi.
The bedrooms are comfortable and bright, ideal for families. The location is quiet, just 4 km from the sandy beach, in a residential area by the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
Conditions and extras
– Bed linen and towels not included (optional rental: €16 per person).
– Tourist tax not included: €1.00 per person/day (over 16 years old, maximum 7 days).
– Security deposit: €1000, blocked on arrival by credit card and released at departure.
