Its great location makes it the perfect spot to enjoy the city life, since all the main attractions are within walking distance, including cafes, restaurants and shops. Both port and airport are 5 minutes by car. Ideal for people looking for a new, comfortable, clean and quiet place. The studio occupies the whole ground floor of the house and it features an independent entrance. Owners live upstairs.

This brand new studio occupies the whole ground floor of a private house. Its open layout enhances the spaciousness of the room and features a bathroom, a bedroom, a dining area and a relax corner. Bathroom is custom made using top quality materials. The studio can be accessed through an independent entrance and the whole layout allows for great privacy. Please note that a 250€ deposit is kindly required at check-in.
