Enjoy the best of French country life in this meticulously renovated 18th century home with shaded terraces, a quiet garden and a large pool adjoining the vineyards in a famous wine village. The view from the 2nd floor terrace overlooking the vineyards is inspiring. The pool, petanque terrain aand part of the garden are shared with our second house which is of similar size and also leased out for holiday guests, most of whom return each year for longer and longer stays.
All your dailey needs can be furnished within a short stroll to village centre and there are numerous excellent restaurants and cellar doors nearby. A fully equipped kitchen permits you to cook the wonderful ingrediants from local shops or markets. An elegant selection of glasses, plates and table linen encourages entertaining.
Original features of this 18th century vingeron's home have been retained with state of the art modern bathrooms and kitchen. Antique furniture blends easily with comfortable sofas and beds. Original art works decorate the walls.

Ontvangst is zonder persoonlijke verwelkoming met een sleutelkluis niettegenstaande er een propertymanager is, is onpersoonlijk maar flexibel en efficiënt.Netheid kon absoluut beter, overal spinnenwebben, gras veel te hoog, terras vuil.Accomodatie is voorzien van alle benodigdheden, maar staat vol persoonlijke spullen, persoonlijke spullen op kasten verstopt wat een wanordelijke indruk achterlaat. Bedden waren goed en absoluut een mooi zicht op de wijngaarden. Wat ons het meest stoorde van allemaal is dat we boeken en betalen voor een woning met verwarmd zwembad maar dat het niet bij de advertentie staat dat het zwembad niet opengaat voor begin juni, al was het weer zeker goed voor het verwarmde zwembad. Dit was een mega teleurstelling voor de kinderen.

Dear Peter We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay in our home. All private effects are locked in cupboards. We leave accessible what we are happy to share. This is a home not a hotel. It is certainly the first time that we have received such a negative response ! It is clearly stated in the description that the pool isn’t open until the start of June. In any event most would find 12 degrees not suitable for swimming. Many people enjoy the flowering wisteria which falls on the terrace. We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your visit.

Burgundy is world renowned for it's wine and food. The landscape is beautiful and there is an enormous amount of chateaux, scenic villages and countryside to discover. It is central, with great transport links so side trips are easy .

この宿泊施設の特徴

This is a home that is enjoyed by us for several months every year. It is fully equipped for comfortable, relaxed life and entertaining. The private house garden opens onto further gardens with a pool, petanque pitch (shared with 35 bis our other house)and beyond we see the vineyards and sometimes Mont Blanc. Meursault is the largest village in the area and is well supplied with butcher, baker and supermarket as well as a large range of restaurants and cellar doors. The hills around are lovely for walking or cycling.
