Cozy summerhouse with spectacular views

Welcome to Grøftekanten! Here’s room for peace and contemplation while you enjoy the spectacular, panoramic view over Roskilde Fjord. Here you can see beautiful nature, the changing of the seasons and even a Viking ship every now and then.



The house is located in Ølsted Nordstrand, right in the middle between Frederikssund and Frederiksværk and close to shopping opportunities in Ølsted. There are many culinary and cultural experiences within half an hour's drive, and should you long for a quick urban atmosphere, Copenhagen is less than an hour's drive away. The area is characterized by unique nature, with Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, as the center and rolling landscapes around. Halsnæs also happens to be one of the municipalities in the country with the most sunshine.



The beach is only 250 meters away, and due to the house's location 21 meters above sea level, there is a beautiful west-facing view of the fjord, where you can sit on the terrace or lie in the hammock and enjoy the most fantastic sunsets.



There are three rooms with eight beds, a nice large kitchen-dining room with new kitchen, TV room in extension of the kitchen-dining room, and toilet with bath. There is a wood-burning stove for the dark evenings and two lovely terraces for the long summer nights.



All in all, a cozy holiday home with ample space where you don't compromise on comfort. Note: Not for commercial rental.
