The house's low eaves create intimate spaces under the sloping walls, where plywood ceilings and sill boards create a warm atmosphere. The well-preserved 1977 kitchen and bathroom have been lovingly updated with new countertops and fixtures that harmonize with the original spirit of the house.



From the living room, you step directly onto the 25 square meter terrace, surrounded by lush rhododendrons. The natural grounds feature tall trees to the north that make the house feel like part of the forest, while the birch trees on the south side create space for play and relaxation.
